What are the check-in times of the finca?

Due to the fact that we use a keylock system, it is possible to check in with us around the clock from 15h.

When is check-out possible?

Check-out takes place with us before 10 am, as the rooms are then cleaned for the next guests. Luggage can be stored with us if the departure takes place later. Also the pool can be used on the same day.

When is the reception desk staffed?

Our reception is usually open from 9 am. If you have any questions, you can contact the reception directly.

Is there wifi?

Throughout the finca our wifi network is accessible free of charge for our guests. You will receive the password at check-in.

Are there non-smoking rooms?

All our rooms are non smoking

Are there rooms with bathtub?

Our finca has showers only.

What credit cards does the hotel accept?

Are there parking facilities at the finca?

Directly in front of the finca is a large public parking lot on which, they can park free of charge.

How do I cancel my reservation. If I booked on Booking.com, Airbnb or other platforms?

In this case, please contact your respective portal. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Does the finca offer breakfast?

Each apartment has a kitchen, breakfast is not provided.

How often is there a change of linen and cleaning?

We are an eco-resort and therefore pay a lot of attention to sustainability. If an intermediate cleaning / linen change is desired, this can be booked additionally.

Are pets allowed in the finca?

We know that your best friend is very important to you, but for reasons of hygiene and safety in our finca, pets are not allowed.

Is there a safe in the apartment?

Each of our apartments has a free small safe for valuables.

Is the pool heated?

Our pool is heated by solar system and heat pump, the temperature is about 24-26 degrees.

Is there an iron in the apartment?

Yes an iron can be borrowed without extra charge.

Does the finca also organize excursions?

The finca does not organize excursions, but we have a large network of partners on the island where you can book various activities.

In which cases is a free cancellation possible?

Free cancellation until 4 weeks before arrival, until 2 weeks before 50% of the booking price, after that 100% of the booking price.

Are bed linen and towels available in the accommodation?

Yes bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment.

When does intermediate cleaning take place?

For bookings longer than 1 week, intermediate cleaning takes place every 7 days.
